Still Losing Weight Even with Cheating! Weight Watchers or WW Hack!

So- I want to say I would most likely be at my goal weight if I hadn’t been cheating with the amount of food I eat. I am super thankful for the weight I have lost. Technically I will be at goal with another 3.2 pounds. Then a super goal will be at 13.2 pounds.

I do keep praying that Jesus helps me! Give me self-control, and sometimes it works. It is a gift God gave us. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things, there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23 NIV

But there are days like today that I have decided to cheat, and that is ok. No one is perfect, and that is why God is the ambassador of grace. I hold tight onto God’s grace because the world we live in is not our home and can be so tough.

But the days that I keep on track, I use an app called I track bites the app and website are so similar to Weight Watchers or WW. Each day you put in the points. Also, you can scan a barcode and add the food that way. Just be careful – I have noticed the wrong number of points come up. I have always used the free app, but there is the plus app that you can pay, but all the time I have used the app I never have signed up for the plus.

  1. Thank you for sharing your journey! I am reminded of the verse that says ‘Whatever you do, whether you eat or drink, do it for the glory of the Lord.’ I believe it’s 1 Corinthians 10:31. Blessings!

  2. Thank you for sharing your journey to get healthy! I’ve never tried Weightwatchers nor heard of the “I track bites” app. But your testimony sounds like they are pretty successful in helping us reach our health goals!

  3. As someone who has been fighting to lose weight for most of my life, this was something I could really relate to. I have done WW in the past, maybe I will look into doing it again. I had a baby 6 months ago, and I’m still trying to lose some of my “baby weight”!

    1. I know right! Weight until menopause! You might be in pre menopause – massive mood swings – hot flashes and of course no weight loss! But I am slowly moving toward a weight I haven’t seen in a long time! Yes the free version has been great. You can also find a lot of you tubers doing ww and sharing their journey!

  5. Thank you for this. I just had a visit with my new doctor and he is recommending that I focus on losing weight. As I do not have any serious medical conditions and in otherwise good health. So, I am looking for some good ways to exercise, eating healthy and losing weight.

  7. I loved weight watchers and recommend it all the time. I liked the fact you could “cheat” by using your other points and still lose weight. I pray you will get to your goal weight.

  10. You always have such great tips! I know that since the pandemic hit, I have let me physical body go – and eating way too much. It’s out of control, and I’m very sad about that. I’m praying now and really trying to turn this over to God’s direction and help. AND, to take the steps that are mine to take!
